No Show Policy:

If you have prepaid, it is your responsibility to find someone else to take your place as no refunds are given.

On, offline/cash on the day events, we trust you will turn up.

We understand that there are last minute problems that can stop you from coming, when you have booked to the 'pay on the day' events, however, on many occasions rooms, speakers and guides have been pre-paid.

After 2 no-shows, we remove the facility for you to sign up to these cash on the day events and pre-payment is the only payment option available.
